Repels Moisture
A study by the Energy Materials Testing Laboratories (EMTL) proved that EPS installed in a well-constructed roof system does not absorb appreciable moisture, even under conditions characteristic of prolonged, cold, damp winters.
What About Spray Foam?
Spray foam requires a much higher cost up front and the slightly higher R-value rarely justifies the price difference.

Most projects can be insulated with 2in x 4ft x 8ft sheets of EPS. This is our best selling size, but we can order custom sizes on request.
A Professional Finish
You can cover the Expanded PolyStyrene with wood panels, OSB, metal, or leave it exposed and keep your space well lit.
Your Choice of a Radiant Foil
The EPS can come either with a clear plastic layer on one side and the radiant foil on the other side, or the foil on both sides.
